By accessing or using Kaya, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Kaya is a personal finance management tool that helps you track spending, manage budgets, monitor investments, and build healthy financial habits. Where available, AI features generate insights and recommendations based on the information sent for processing.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Financial Disclaimer

Kaya provides financial tracking and AI-generated insights for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment or major financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information provided by the service.

FIRE, retirement drawdown and CPF projections are planning illustrations based on the information and assumptions you enter, not forecasts or guarantees. FIRE and drawdown examples hold annual returns constant and do not model market volatility or the order of returns. CPF estimates may hold a published year's rates constant. Actual returns, inflation, contributions, CPF rules and payouts can differ. These illustrations do not recommend a particular investment or replace professional advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Kaya service, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kaya is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or financial losses.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can request account deletion from Settings. Once deletion succeeds, Kaya removes your sign-in and saved account records from its active account database. Downloaded exports, copies on other devices, backups, logs and records held by service providers are separate from that database. See the Privacy Policy for the scope of deletion and follow any instructions shown after deletion to finish local cleanup or disconnect Apple sign-in.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
